Have you ever wondered about all the fun Google doodles we see when we log in to Google?  Each Google doodle has meaning and sometimes the doodle is just for FUN!

I have been reading "Reframing Organizations, 4th ed." by Bolman & Deal and many leadership styles come to mind.

What leadership traits are absolutely necessary?
What qualities about a leader are most desireable in an organization such as a school?
